Our network of outpatient programs and services spans 16 counties and reaches more than 3,000 people every year. Each program is rooted in wellness, recovery and open communication, creating a supportive healing environment that guides you through every stage of your treatment.
Our experienced team includes board-certified child and adult psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, therapists, licensed social workers, licensed professional counselors, registered nurses in psychiatry, licensed practical nurses and other professionals specially trained to diagnose, treat and manage behavioral health conditions.
Psychological Evaluations
Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center offers Outpatient Psychological Evaluations to adults and children. Psychological evaluation is defined as a way of testing people about their behavior, personality, and capabilities to draw conclusions using combinations of techniques. Psychologists use tests and other assessment tools to measure and observe a client’s behavior to arrive at a diagnosis and guide treatment. Usually these evaluations are a one-time appointment and a recommendation for further treatment will be made.
