Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center is pleased to provide you with a telehealth appointment as a convenience to you during this difficult time. Your Telehealth appointment details are on your appointment card or you can find your provider below.
We do ask that you please prepare for your telehealth appointment as if you were arriving to the office in person with the following:
- Ensure video or telephone equipment is working properly.
- Be available on time.
- Dress as if you were coming to the office in person.
- Be seated in a quiet location without distractions.
If your provider/therapist is uncomfortable with any behaviors witnessed during the visit, Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center does reserve the right to end the telehealth visit to be scheduled at a later date.
If you are out of the state of Pennsylvania during the time your telehealth appointment is scheduled, please contact our office to reschedule.
